Kim developed a multifaceted professional background through her experiences in the fields of business, education, and mental health. She started her career in business administration, gaining valuable experience in business logistics, internal communication and management, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
Simultaneously, Kim pursued a Master’s Degree in Social Work. During her time as a Licensed School Social Worker, Kim had the opportunity to implement interventions for students with disabilities at both the elementary and high school level. Kim also had the opportunity to work in variety of settings including residential facilities and crisis centers. These diverse professional experiences gave Kim an understanding of the importance of an individualized and comprehensive approach to treatment that meets the unique needs of every person.
This passion and her background in both the fields of business and mental health made for a seamless transition into her current role as Director of Operations at Landstrom Center. Kim has been with Landstrom Center since the practice first opened in 2015 and works to ensure Landstrom Center executes exceptional patient care, a collaborative team approach, and a professional environment. Kim is always available and willing to help with any questions or concerns from our patients or providers.
