Chris is a compassionate and engaging therapist with extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. With a calm, grounded presence, he is known for his ability to build trust and connect meaningfully with clients, especially those who may be hesitant or resistant to treatment.
Through empathy and non-judgment, Chris fosters a strong therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe, respected, and heard. From this foundation, individuals are better able to explore and work through life’s most difficult issues. His strengths-based, individualized approach is rooted in the belief that each person has a unique story and set of values, and that meaningful change happens when therapy is both collaborative and authentic.
Chris has worked closely with Dr. Landstrom since before the founding of Landstrom Center. This long-standing collaboration has given him a deep appreciation for the role of assessment in enhancing insight and guiding effective treatment planning.
Whether working with teens, families, or adults, Chris helps clients uncover their inner strengths and develop the tools they need to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and clarity.
