Dr.Christina Rudawski is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Alcoholand Drug Addiction Counselor. Her extensive background includes the utilizationof Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a primary therapeutic modality,incorporating other therapeutic approaches consistent with evidence-basedpractice. She also utilizes Biofeedback/ Neurofeedback and Bibliotherapy inconjunction with “talk therapy.”

Dr. Christina believes that knowledge ispower, and that self-knowledge is the most powerful knowledge. She creates asafe environment for her clients in order to examine difficult life issues inan empathic and accepting manner.
